Learn Pogpin,
guide by guide.
Practical, task-shaped walkthroughs — from your first pin to a fully wired feedback workflow. Search, pick a track, or jump straight to what you need.
Getting started
Install Pogpin, drop your first pin and bring your team on board.
Install the Pogpin widget
Add Pogpin to any website with one script tag — no SDK, no build step, no framework lock-in. It registers a self-contained <pogpin-widget> element.
Drop your first pin
Turn "it's broken on my screen" into a reproducible issue. A pin captures the exact element, the browser environment and a screenshot automatically.
Invite your team and set roles
Bring teammates into your workspace, pick the right built-in role, and keep guest reviewers separate from internal staff.
Review any site with the Chrome extension
Pin feedback on a site you cannot add a script to — a client's production build, a competitor's page, a locked-down CMS — using the Pogpin browser extension.
Collecting feedback
Gather pinned, full-context feedback from clients and stakeholders anywhere.
Collect client feedback on staging sites
Gather pinned feedback on password-protected and pre-launch URLs — with the widget, the Chrome extension, or zero-install proxy review mode.
Run guest reviews with no accounts
Share one link and let clients or stakeholders leave full-context feedback as guests — nothing to install, no sign-up wall, optional access code.
Review PDFs, images and video
Upload a file and pin feedback to a PDF page, an image region or an exact video frame — same pins, same statuses and same board as a website review.
Review at any breakpoint — and blur what should stay private
Check a page at desktop, tablet, mobile or your own saved widths, scope a fix to one of them, and annotate or blur a screenshot before it leaves the room.
Workflow & integrations
Turn raw pins into a prioritized backlog and route them to your tools.
Triage pins into tracked issues
Turn a wall of raw pins into a prioritized, assigned backlog using the board, statuses, priorities, assignees and AI triage.
Route pins to Slack, Discord and webhooks
Send the right events to the right place with per-event notification channels — Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams, email and custom webhooks.
Edit the live page with visual branches
Change text, colour, spacing and layout straight on the running site — no deploy, no code branch — then hand the result to whoever lands it.
Audit accessibility and layout while you review
The widget checks the page it is reviewing — missing alt text, unnamed controls, unlabelled fields, empty headings, tiny tap targets and horizontal overflow — and filters the element tree down to what is broken.
Publish a document to the web
Turn any project document into a public page — with optional guest comments, a password, and your own custom domain.
